I spoke to one of my friends about my recipe for the Asian Pork Tenderloin. I think the recipe says chili garlic paste but it's actually the sauce and it looks like this.
Also she had a question about stevia to sugar conversion. Here's a small conversion guide:
Sugar amount | Equivalent Stevia powdered extract | Equivalent Stevia liquid concentrate |
1 cup | 1 teaspoon | 1 teaspoon |
1 tablespoon | 1/4 teaspoon | 6 to 9 drops |
1 teaspoon | A pinch to 1/16 teaspoon | 2 to 4 drops |
I am not using sugar right now. So any recipe that has sugar I use stevia or agave in. I like both of them but stevia has no calories and agave has some. I actually like the taste of agave better. I particularly like agave in my oatmeal with some nuts...yummy!
I seem so worn out on Wednesday nights. I don't know if that is because Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays are hard workouts morning and night or just because I'm halfway finished with my week. At any rate, Wednesdays I usually come home and feel like I need to decompress and I just take it easy, lay off the phone and "go within". Tonight is no different than any other Wednesday.
So, this morning I got up and did my 45 minutes on the elliptical. It was surprisingly easy considering it's my 3rd day in a row of 45minute am workouts. Then back to the gym in the evening to work out my legs & glutes! Also a great workout!
That's it for today. Post more tomorrow! Enjoy your evening.
